Effective August 13, 2026
Garden is a personal CRM: a place for the people you care about. That means you trust us with two kinds of information, yours and your contacts'. Here is exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we deliberately don't do.
Your account. When you sign up, our sign-in provider (Clerk) collects your name and email address so you can log in.
Your garden. The people you add and everything you write about them: names, notes, dates, photos, groups, how close you keep them. This is the product. It is stored in our database so it shows up on your phone and in your browser.
Your voice. If you talk to Garden instead of typing, the audio is transcribed and then handled like any other note.
The waiting list. If you join the waiting list on gardencrm.app, we store your email address and which part of the page you signed up from. Nothing else.
The people you add are not Garden users, so this deserves its own section.
We use a small number of providers to run Garden, and each sees only what its job requires:
If you create an API key and connect another tool (like ChatGPT) to your garden, that tool can read what you point it at. That connection is yours to make and yours to revoke.
Everything in your garden is visible in your garden; there is no hidden copy. You can edit or delete any contact at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, or to ask us anything about your data, email us at [email protected] and we'll do it.
Because we don't track you across sites, we don't respond to Do Not Track signals; there is nothing to turn off.
Garden is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above, and tell active users in the app or by email. This policy was written for how Garden works today; when Garden grows, the policy grows with it.
